Our expertise is also used extensively by licensees to ensure non-compliance is reduced and that attention by Police is minimised.

Our Managing Director Rob Steane has extensive experience representing clients at VCAT.

Liquor Consultancy Services, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) also provides accredited training (both through public and individual courses) in Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) and Licensees' First Step and utilises Victoria's most experienced Liquor Licensing trainers.

Liquor Consultancy Services provided a major contribution in developing Licensees' First Step and currently delivers almost half of all Licensees' First Step training. Compare our experience when considering your training needs.
