Welcome to the Liquor Consultancy Services web site. We provide expert advice & training to Licensees, operators, & staff of licensed premises within Victoria, Australia. Our expertise is also used extensively by licensees to ensure non-compliance is reduced and that attention by Police is minimised.Our Managing Director Rob Steane has extensive experience representing clients at VCAT. Liquor Consultancy Services, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 21718) also provides accredited training (both through public and individual courses) in and and utilises Victoria's most experienced Liquor Licensing trainers. Liquor Consultancy Services provided a major contribution in developing Licensees' First Step and currently delivers almost half of all Licensees' First Step training.
